These projects were carried out when employed at One Creative Environments for two Local Improvement Finance Trusts (LIFT) in the West-Midlands, as either design team leader and/or architectural lead. They are located in areas of severe deprivation and are catalysts for local urban regeneration. Being NHS driven but privately funded all projects had to achieve BREEAM Excellent accreditation and has done so in design and completion phases. As part of the sustainable attributes the design process involved considerable community participation as well as comprehensive stakeholder contribution.

Acting as design team leader this £14m project started life as a single building and evolved into a campus on a scale more in keeping with the scale of the context. A very complex accommodation requirement drawn from multiple NHS service providers including: a chest clinic, sexual health, sexual assault referral centre, x-ray facility, podiatry, physio and four local surgeries.
